I have OC200 and a number of EAP access points connected to it.
Does anyone know if I decide to update firmware of OC200 which will cause its reboot, whether end customers connected to wifi feel any interruptions/disconnections?

Did you configure portal authentication for the WLAN network?
A controller restart will not affect the basic functionality of EAPs. However, certain features that require the controller to remain online for maintenance may be temporarily impacted, as detailed below:
