Not receiving notifi

Hi
I've installed 5 systems so far first 4 were fine. The last one the client isn't receiving notifications.
im receiving them in my installer account and vms.
I've checked the customers phone settings and it allows notifications from the vigi app and isn't in dnd mode.
tried logging out and back in and also deleting the app and re-downloading it.
double checked notifications are on in all the vigi settings. I've put the client as operator and tried as admin but still can't recieve notifications.
any ideas?

VMS? If you are the admin, you need to go to the Event page to allow notifications to other users.

Android? If it is Android, that could be a problem with the phone system.
Did you try the iOS?

they're all on iOS. My phone is iOS and works but through my installer account. The customer has 3 accounts all phones are iOS non of them work.
im thinking there must be a setting somewhere for notifications.
tech have said turn on notifications for the users in vms but I can't find it anywhere.
