I would like to know if NAT loopback was removed in version 1.3.1 because I can't connect via URL on my servers after updating.

Here's how my network is setup : ISP's -> ER8411 -> SG3428X
                                                                    ​​​​​​             -> SG2008P -> EAP773

I have a gateway ACL that blocks my Home VLAN to access my Default LAN. My servers are on my Default LAN and are behind a reverse proxy (NPM). On version 1.2.3 everything works and I can acces my servers via the URL without any problem but after I update to 1.3.1 I can't access any of my servers that is on my network and not behind a Cloudflare tunnel. If I turn on the proxy on my Cloudflare DNS record then I can access it.

If I remove/deactivate the Gateway ACL then I can access it or if I create a Switch ACL rule (that blocks all communication between both VLANs) then I can access it without any problem.

Is NAT loopback been removed from v1.2.3 to v1.3.1 ?
