Hi  @n0sh1t ,

Thank you very much for you help.

Well I do exactly same thing and got same message "Rollback succeed".

I also got reboot of device, but when I check for version. I still have version 1.3.1.

As I said, I tried rollback with "Firmware" menu, and I supposed issue come from here.

As you can see on capture, Omada Controller said me that I am on 1.2.3 Build version on "Global View > Firmware" menu, but when I look to "Default > Devices" I got 1.3.1 version.

Well it is very strange.

I try to look for checking version directly on device using SSH, but I cannot find command line to do such a thing.

Thanks again for your help,

That is strange...

Maybe try to clear the web browser cache and try again or use incognito mode.

Using the 'Firmware' section in Global view doesn't work to roll back the gateway firmware.

You can use the command : show system-info via SSH to see the version on your ER8411.

Omada Controller : v5.15.24.17 Gateways : ER8411 V1.0, ER7206 v1.0 and ER605 V2.0 Switches : SG3428X v1.30 & TL-SG2008P v1.0 APs : EAP773 v1.0, EAP620HD v1.0 and EAP610 v3.0

Hi  @n0sh1t ,

Thanks again.

Well, using this command is 1.3.1 like in "Default > Devices" (cf previous capture).

Do you have a command to see what will be rollback version ?

It is very strange.

Regards,

No I don't know about any command that can tell you what the rollback version is going to be.

There is a new update (1.3.2). Maybe you can try to update and see if it fixes your issue ?

Note that if you update to version 1.3.2 and you want to rollback you will only be able to rollback to the latest version that was previously installed on the ER8411. In your case it's 1.3.1.

If you really need/want to rollback to 1.2.3 you can use this method : https://www.tp-link.com/ca/support/faq/3062/

Before you do this you need to download the 1.2.3 firmware file from support page : https://support.omadanetworks.com/en/product/er8411/v1/?resourceType=download

After reinstalling the 1.2.3 firmware you will need to adopt the gateway on the controller. Unless you activated the 'Rememeber Device' setting in your 'Site settings' then it should adopt automatically but I'm not sure after an emergency mode recovery.
