new EAP650 not appearing in pending device list

Hi Guys,
I have a existing omada set up, on top of that, i am adding a new EAP650 via PoE ethernet. But unfortunately, the device is not showing up in the omada application pendding devices list. So could you please advise how to further fix this via PoE.
Also i tried below options
1. when i plugged this device to direct dc adaptor and connect via mesh with other EAP, i see the devlices in the pending list and after accepting, it is working and seemless roaming also fine.
2. After performing the steps in above point 1, removed the DC and connected the device via PoE. I see this device EAP650 is in connected status, but devices are not connecting to this EAP.
So could you advise what further actions needed to solve this isse. Apprecieate your response.
Thank you.

Hi @Vincent-TP thanks for your reply and sorry for the confusion.
actually i figured out the problem, the issue was EAP650 was connected with different VLAN than other EAP's. By switching to the same VLAN for that PoE the wifi and seamless roaming is now workking.
thank you for your support.

Hi @Imransyf11
I see this device EAP650 is in connected status,
>>>This indicates the EAP is working corectly.
but devices are not connecting to this EAP.
>>>How did you find this? Since the EAP successfully adopted to the EAP, it will broadcast the same SSID as other EAPs.
Did you check the client list? Please give us more details about this.

Hi @Vincent-TP ,
How did you find this? Since the EAP successfully adopted to the EAP, it will broadcast the same SSID as other EAPs.
Did you check the client list? Please give us more details about this.
>>>>when i take my clients (iphone and other devices) near to this EAP650, it is not gettting connected. Also i checked in omada app, i see the client are connected to other EAP but no EAP650 which is very closer to them. One more finding - when i turn off and on wifi in clients, the devices are not getting connected to wifi (near EAP650).
Note: this issue is happening only when i connect via PoE ethernet. If via mesh, all the clients are connecting.
Please advise further.

Hi @Imransyf11
Thanks for the reply.
Firstly, to identify if the EAP650's network is not working, please create a different SSID separately. Below is the step:
1. create a new WLAN group and create a test SSID under this WLAN group:
2. Go to Device page, choose the EAP650 and apply the WLAN group created in step1 to the EAP: config > WLAN > WLAN group
For more details, you may refer to the following link:
How to configure the WLAN Group function on the SDN Controller(New UI)
If the test SSID still had no Internet, maybe the Ethernet cable is not working, please change a different known working cable to plug the EAP650.
