A shorter refresh interval places higher demands on the controller and SDN devices, consuming more power and bandwidth.
May I ask what scenario requires such a short refresh interval?

@Vincent-TP The router (er7206 v2.2) already refresh at 3 seconds interval in standalone mode, its just the controller that is set to 15 seconds. I know oc200 doesn't have the processing power to support this but the software controllers should have an option.
