Live View or Playback problem using VIGI Security Manager on PC
Hi,
Recently I've been having this video performance issue on my PC using the Security Manager. The video is somewhat laggy,skippy,slow. I do know it's not a hardware issue (I have 4 VIGI cameras and it all works well when I view it on my Smartphone. These are the things that I have done on my end to try to rectify the problem:
1. Uninstalled and reinstalled the Security Manager
2. Downgraded/Upgraded the Security Manager
3. Updated my Video Card driver (using Nvidia RTX2060)
4. Called the Support Hotline locally (TPLINK).
As I have mentioned before this only started recently (2 weeks ago perhaps). No hardware changes on my PC nor any changes with my surveillance setup.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
