Hi  @an0nymous

The poor signal from the previous Mesh AP likely caused the issue with the slow phone speed.

As for the Xbox problem, you may check if there are any firmware updates available or contact Xbox support for help.

Hi I haven't tested with an iPhone. I know they can be quite finicky with certain WiFi configurations

I have tested with an an android phones and tbh that was fine before too. So that's not going to be an issue. I'll once again ask for an iPhone to be tested

Thanks

Hi,

I've tested with an iPhone at the same time (more or less) as my android phone. I got 90Mb/s.  It got 70Mb/s

The Xbox continues to get poor speeds despite all the above, though I have selected a high port for passthrough, so NAT is now "open" on that. The firmware is up to date too, so it does appear that it is indeed now solely down to Xbox, and whatever recommendation Microsoft may have, given if it was due to the network, it would surely affect more devcices

Hi  @an0nymous

Yes. For the Xbox issue, here is some basic recommendation:

  1. Prioritize a wired connection if possible;
  2. Change DNS and clear cache → Restart the console.
  3. Verify server status → Contact Microsoft Support.

If none of these steps work, the issue may be hardware-related. In that case, contact Microsoft Support for further assistance.
