Model: ER605 (TL-R605)
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 2.3.0 Build 20250410 Rel.38015

Hi,

I’m using TP-Link ER605 (firmware updated) and successfully configured it as an OpenVPN Client to connect to a remote OpenVPN Server.

For L2TP VPN Client connections, I noticed we can go to Transmission > Policy Routing and select the L2TP tunnel as the WAN interface to route specific traffic (e.g., by source IP, port, or protocol).

However, when using OpenVPN Client mode, the OpenVPN tunnel does not appear as an option under policy routing’s WAN selection.

🔹 Is there any workaround or firmware update plan to allow routing via OpenVPN tunnel the same way we do for L2TP?

🔹 Alternatively, is there a CLI or advanced configuration method to manually assign routes via the OpenVPN tunnel?

Thank you in advance for your support.
