ER7212PC v.1 port forwarding problem

Hi.
I need to access the workstation over RDP from outside. I have configured port redirection, but it is not working.
I studied all the articles on this topic. Connected by Dynamic IP - but IP not change by provider. The provider does not block ports in any way. Ping passes normally on WAN port. No virtual networks - it is required that from an external address on a specific port go to a specific port of the internal address.
Over LAN, RDP works fine.
What's wrong?

I realise you issue is resolved, but i want to back up what clive said.
Port forwarding RDP is, genuinely, a SUPER BAD idea. You are opening that machine up to the entire world, without the router firewall being able to do anything at all. Any passing IP-Port scanners, even the most rudimentary of them, will detect this port and your machine will be under constant probing.

I understand your advice perfectly.
Initially, I tried to raise the VPN, but I was faced with blocking the encrypted IPSec channel by country restrictions and did not find other VPN options on this router, like PPTP-VPN.
