Switch offline after upgrade ER8411 V1 1.3.1

Hello,
1/
Two of my sites (with the same hardwares) had everything but the routers down after upgrading ER8411 V1 to 1.3.1.
I suspect it's the SFP link to the switch (SG2428P v5.30 5.30.7) that gets taken down.
I have 4 other sites were the issue didn't happen (same hardware, same versions). Possible clue : in all the sites, it's SFP+ cables (not SFP) but possibly from different brands (10Gtek, H!Fiber or Twinax). I've read "Fix the extremely low probability issue of SFP+ port failing to link during reboot." in the release notes, could it be a side effect ?
- With 1.2.3: port "SFP WAN/LAN3" is on and everything normal
- With 1.3.1 : port "SFP WAN/LAN3" is off and everything but the router is down (because everything is plugged in the main switch)
I rollbacked to 1.2.3 : everything was back to normal.
Then I tried to upgrade again to 1.3.1 in case it was an exceptional issue : everything down again.
I'll stay with 1.2.3 for now, and I disabled auto-updates on the other sites.

Another very annoying issue regarding this matter : auto-updates apparently doesn't log in "Upgrade Logs", so no clear vision on what has happened and no easy rollback access (had to go for SSH).

By trying to fix this, I first tried to disable the router port that links to the switch, but I made the mistake to disable the wrong one : the WAN one !
Now I'm stuck with no distant access and no one on site before tomorrow. Any idea on how re-enable the WAN4 port ? There is no other ethernet WAN port enable on the router.
Only option I see for now : local PC with Omada Discovery Utility to force the reprovisionning ?
Thanks ahead.

FYI, to further confirm this is likely an issue that only occurs with passive DAC cables, I tested with an Active Optical Cable from SFP+/WAN3 on the ER8411 and it establishes connectivity to the SFP ports on the SG2428P without issue.
Here's the model of the AOC cable that works: 10Gtek-S11-005 (10G SFP+ Active Optical Cable, 5M)
Thanks Clive and team for looking into this issue!

Dev said that a beta can be provided in the near future. You'll see the link as soon as I do.
