Actually, I forgot my admin ID & password. Could you help me to reset my password

Which password do you forget?
The password to login the Omada software controller? Or the password of the SDN devices, such as access points?
If it's the controller, you can click forget password to reset it.
If it's Omada device, please check if they have any reset button like below:
After resetting, the default login account is admin/admin.
