Firmware Version: 1.1.3 Build 20250326 Rel. 54048

Some of the clients randomly disconnect, I have to power cycle the AP in order to make it work. (I just disconnect from the PoE switch and reconnect)

 

Here is a pingplotter screenshot. After I power cycle the AP, it works again with way lower latency and no package loss

What kind of clients are having this issue? Are they connecting to 2.4G or 5G?

You mentioned that reboo the EAP can recover the connection, did you try turn off wifi button and turn it on? Will this help?

Hi Vincent, all clients are having this issue. I checked something and it's that when it happens, the port speed drops to 100mb. So I think it might be the problem
