hi, i mean blind, that red/green led does not flash anything, just not work.

Camera is only two weeks old and newer get water or dust.

i have three same model  cameras and this only stop workings suddenly.

My guess is camera automatic updates has stopped, with bad wi-fi and now stuck don't do nothing.

I try reset many times different times and wait many minutes after that. Nothing responds.

What I can do anymore?

Thank's

Jussi

If the wireless connection is too weak, that could cause an unstable connection, causing the update to get stuck and reboot, which could possibly cause irreversible damage to the system.

If it does not even respond to the reset button, that means the firmware has been bricked somehow. I think you need to go for the RMA with the vendor.

But note you have to make sure the device can receive a good wireless signal. This kind of situation is not covered by warranty. Firmware brick is a human error.

Not sure what you mean by "blind". And your description about it is unclear.

I cannot rule out if there is a hardware issue. I assume you did not change anything before it behaves so?

If that's the case, it looks like this is a hardware issue. Did you follow the installation guide and properly place the product and use waterproof components to make sure it is water and dust resistant?
