ER8411 - Heartbeat lost all few minutes

I got today my new ER8411.. adopted it to my local software controller running in docker on my synology nas, everything fine, the router works.
But when looking at the controller the router drops all few minutes it's connection, then it needs to be readopt again..
The weird thing is my old ER7412-M2 which was on the exact same port of my switch (SG3428X-M2) had this issue not. It is the newest firmware on the router.

@MR.S since I have many things configured, like VPNs, Site to Site VPNs it takes quite some time.. I hope in the evening I can move all things over, since I host everything from my home network it would be a huge problem if e.g. my E-Mail or my Photo server would be offline.
I read somewhere in 2-4 weeks the OC220 should be available here in Germany.. if that is correct, I just turn off the controller, and can't use roaming on WiFi.. this time can be bridged somehow I guess.
Do you have any other suggestions on what I shouldn't enable/ should disable?

No, I don't have any more suggestions, I haven't had the same problem, so you'll just have to test and see if it happens again in the new site.
I also use it a lot VPN, have OpenVPN Wireguard Site to site and SD-WAN activated, I use DNS Proxy but not DNS Cache. have DDNS from No-IP, a tip is maybe to wait with Switch ACL if you use it. it can cause trouble on LAN if it is set up a little incorrectly. Router ACL should be problem-free.

@MR.S I just had for my business devices a test ACL under Switch ACL to isolate them, that they can not even ping each other.. deleted that now.
I found an old laptop with a quite good CPU and much ram.. currently installing windows to it, so for the next time I will use this as controller, I also don't wanna use everything from one NAS because if the power supply or something else breaks I' quite limited to what I can do.. also the reason why I plan switching to a hardware based controller.

@Julian2111 Don't wanna say something wrong, but so far so good. That 17inch Laptop in my server wrack is probably not the best solution but temporary fine, for the next 2 years (hopefully not as usual ) though. Since I tried that before to my surprise I just used the backup of my current config and it works, this one came unexpected.

@Clive_A I don't get why too, but could be that it was just I had luck because now it does the heartbeat lost process "only" after like 30-50 Minutes and no more all 5 or even less
More likely to be something wrong with the config. During the upgrade, some parameters might become corrupted.
If we need to investigate this, I think we need a config at least.
If you agree to provide the config, I'll see what I can do and consult with the dev team.

@Clive_A I can provide the original docker config, I deleted the container itself but kept the files.

The backup of the controller, is that right? I don't need the Docker compose which we do not provide support for the Docker Controller.
You can send an email to us and include the config of the controller. I will see what the test/dev can find with that guide.
