Hi  @GRL

Thank you so much for the feedback.

Please give us more details about the issues:

when rebooting network devices (like switches, APs etc) its really quite laggy - the confirmation dialog is slow to pop up and go away and it makes the device list go unresponsive for a few seconds sometimes.

>>>After the confirmation window pop up, are you able to successfully click the confirmation button? Or does the device become unresponsive at this point?

Will the corresponding device eventually restart successfully? Or do you need to wait for it to respond and then try again?

I am seeing some lags and slowness when using Omada cloud to interact with my Oc300 running this beta.  Messages about "lost connection with controller",

>>>In the past week, has the cloud platform been lagging every time you use it, or only occasionally? If it happens occasionally, how frequent is the issue? Are there times when it works smoothly, similar to local login?

Thanks again!

Yes, i can reboot anything, howver the whole cloud UI lags for a few seconds every time you click the reboot then confirm buttons.  Essentially the reboot button > dialog box > confirm button > back to device list actions just gets really laggy and unresponsive for a few seconds

>>>In the past week, has the cloud platform been lagging every time you use it

Yes its very consistently 50/50 whether the whole page needs to be relaunched from this screen  (below) when either changing sites or, oddly, changing a bandwidth control entry also seems to cause it to just die (not even page refreshes work, has to be relaunched)

Just in general, the whole cloud access seems flaky really.  For me, anyway.

Local access either at the site or over VPN to the controller gui is perfect.

@GRL I am seeing the same thing on my OC200 - "Unable to connect to the controller. Please check your network connection and ensure that the controller is running normally."

Refreshing usually clears it up in 20-30 seconds, but it pops back up from time to time. I'm connecting over wired LAN from a PC, as well as a phone on the WiFi.

Hi @Vincent-TP

When will OC220v1 be included in the hardware controller pre-release/official update?

We've received our OC220 but it comes with FW lower than 5.15.24, at 5.15.20. Unable to do the migration.

  @Vincent-TP
Hello,

- I can not disable Cloud Access on OC200 V1 Controller. This setting is grayed out.
- SFP LED is flashing all the time on my ER706W 1.2 despite of the fact, that I have disabled all the LED's on the Controller. I use the SFP WAN/LAN Port with a TP-Link TL-SM311T 1G SFP to RJ45 Mini Gbic Module. It was no problem to disable all the LED's on an ER706W V1. I am using the latest firmware on the router ( 1.2.0 Build 20250428 Rel.77691(4555).
- I can not export OpenVPN certificate. Only the first half of the certificate will be exported.
- Device icons: I can choose icons for clients but after a Controller restart they are not saved.

Hi  @vspredator

Thanks for posting here.

Firstly, please confirm: for the four issues, are they all occurred after updating the OC200 to the 1.36.7?

- I can not disable Cloud Access on OC200 V1 Controller. This setting is grayed out.

>>>When logging via the cloud account, we can't disable cloud access.  Please confirm if this is the case. If yes, please log in via the local account and check again.

>>> LED control is under Site settings, please double-check the ER706W 1.2's site if the LED control is turnned off or not. Or is the only LED lit up? And all other LED are off?

- I can not export OpenVPN certificate. Only the first half of the certificate will be exported.

>>> We would like to test this locally, to test this, we need a copy of your controller config. Please check your email inbox, we had create a support ticket TKID250727167 to collect this info.

- Device icons: I can choose icons for clients but after a Controller restart they are not saved.

>>>What kind of clients are having this concern? Will this happen after every reboot of the controller?
