Firstly, please confirm: for the four issues, are they all occurred after updating the OC200 to the 1.36.7?
I have the SFP LED Problem on the Firmware (1.36.6) too.
- I can not disable Cloud Access on OC200 V1 Controller. This setting is grayed out.
>>>When logging via the cloud account, we can't disable cloud access. Please confirm if this is the case. If yes, please log in via the local account and check again.
I have logged me in with the local account. It is grayed out.
- SFP LED is flashing all the time on my ER706W 1.2 despite of the fact, that I have disabled all the LED's on the Controller. I use the SFP WAN/LAN Port with a TP-Link TL-SM311T 1G SFP to RJ45 Mini Gbic Module. It was no problem to disable all the LED's on an ER706W V1. I am using the latest firmware on the router ( 1.2.0 Build 20250428 Rel.77691(4555).
>>> LED control is under Site settings, please double-check the ER706W 1.2's site if the LED control is turnned off or not. Or is the only LED lit up? And all other LED are off?
Yes, SFP LED is the only LED lit up. All the other LED’s are off. I have already tried to disable the Led’s on Device level / Site level. It does not help.
- I can not export OpenVPN certificate. Only the first half of the certificate will be exported.
>>> We would like to test this locally, to test this, we need a copy of your controller config. Please check your email inbox, we had create a support ticket TKID250727167 to collect this info.
Thank you for the mail. I have sent a copy of the controller settings.
- Device icons: I can choose icons for clients but after a Controller restart they are not saved.
>>>What kind of clients are having this concern? Will this happen after every reboot of the controller?
It is happening after every reboot. It does not matter what kind of clients are. (Laptops, Printers, Desktop PC's etc.)

If my memory serves me right, web API support was supposed to be remved atsome point from OC200.
Does this V5.15.24 allow using web API on OC200, to change AP radio settings, for instance ?

Hi @Oliv2831
Yes, you remembered correctly.
We did release a notice that we are planning to remove the Open API from OC200 v1, but we finally decided to reserve this feature.
That is to say, you can still use Open API to configure OC200. Thanks.

Hi @GRL
Regarding the issue previously reported, could you please let us know how the performance is these days? Does it persist?
GRL wrote
I am seeing some lags and slowness when using Omada cloud to interact with my Oc300 running this beta. Messages about "lost connection with controller", and when rebooting network devices (like switches, APs etc) its really quite laggy - the confirmation dialog is slow to pop up and go away and it makes the device list go unresponsive for a few seconds sometimes.
Sometimes when switching between sites, the cloud interface just seems to completely die requiring a close of the tab and re-launch from the cloud again
I do not see this issue with local GUI access, just cloud. And its not the hosts site ISP connection, its rock stable synchronous 1gig on static public IPs
Overall, other that the cosmetic things i pointed out, its been surprisingly stable for the last week !

Sorry i didnt get back to you sooner i have been extremely busy the last few weeks
Yes, i am still seeing cloud related issues. They seem a bit better, but i still have to reload the entire cloud controller from scratch sometimes
