Vigi C440i reset ip address
I have a vigi c440i camera with a static ip we recently had a router die and now have a new ip range but this camera is not getting an ip anymore how do I factory reset a vigi camera so I can give it a new ip or get it to get a new dhcp address

Either you reset the device to install it as a new one, or you gotta configure a static IP on the PC and connect the camera to it. Then, access the previous static IP of this camera.
Check the device and see if there is a reset button on it. We are not able to reset the device for customers. So, you gotta hard reset it yourself. Or enter the device GUI by IP and reset it from the software level.
If the device is in DHCP mode, then when you connect your camera to the new router, it will automatically get an IP address.
