I am writing to request a firmware update for the ER7212PC (V1) Omada Gigabit VPN Router with PoE+ to bring it up to par with the latest Omada SDN Controller features, specifically those introduced in Controller version 5.15.

Currently, my Omada network consists of an ER7212PC, EAP615-Wall, and EAP655-Wall, all managed by an Omada Controller running firmware v5.14 (which is the minimum required for the EAP655-Wall). While the EAP655-Wall is now recognized, I've noticed that the ER7212PC, despite being a core component of the Omada ecosystem, is not always updated as frequently as other devices or the controller itself.

An updated firmware for the ER7212PC would ensure full compatibility and enable us to utilize any new features or optimizations that Controller v5.15 (and potentially future versions) offers for gateways and routers. This would greatly enhance the overall performance, stability, and feature set of the entire Omada solution.

We rely on the ER7212PC for robust network performance and security, and keeping its firmware current is crucial for leveraging the full potential of the Omada SDN platform.
