Fixed IP Address not working

Hello,
I have an Omada setup with an ER707-M2 v1.20, a software controller and to ER655 In Wall APs. The function "Use Fixed IP Address" is not working, as my devices on the network still change IP. Is this a bug or is there a specific way I have to do this?
Thanks

When you change the IP, you need to reboot the device to let it request and refresh the DHCP IP.
As you know, the DHCP IP does not change unless it renews or requests it again.

@Clive_A thank you for your help. I did another power cycle, including the router and it seems like it did assign the right IPs. Yes, I am working from the controller. I will monitor and let you know if I experience any other issues.
Thanks!

Hi Clive, Thank you, I have tried that as well but with no luck. The device in question got assigned 3 different IPs even if I have the “fixed IP” option enabled.
You are in the controller mode, right?
So, the interface on the controller does not represent the final IP address you get on the device. It might not be synced when the device reboots and gets a new IP.
Is the device getting a different IP from the assigned one on the device UI?
You verified that from the device and made sure that the MAC address matched what you configured?
No randomized MAC address is enabled for privacy, which is the default setting for most devices.
What does it look like in the DHCP reservation page? Screenshot needed.
If this feature works for other devices, that's not an issue with the router/controller. It could be a device issue.
I am not seeing similar cases recently.
