FR205 does no through put from the Tmobile gateway

both have the same IP. 192.168.0.1  did not work

changed the FR205 to 192.168.1.1 and still did not work. 

Is there a sequence to restart things? I simply plugged in the router then the switch.

I don't see what else to do here.

When you install a new router, you need to clone the MAC address of the previous router. 

Or you contact your ISP to flush the MAC address stored on the modem and then connect the new router.
