“Abnormal WAN port speed

My internet speed goes down and I get an error message in the App: "Abnormal WAN port speed. Please check your WAN port connection"

@KatsB Your WAN port speed is 100 Mbps that's why Deco App showing Abnormal WAN Speed you have to change your ethernet cable maybe your ethernet cable is old / damaged or misconfigure that's why your speed is down.

@ARGamingPK1 Thanks for a quick response, I have changed to different cables but I still get the same issue, For your info my internet is 250Mbps. I may think that it is not a cable problem because when I restart the node, it works at full speed for some time and then after I get back the error. While I am having the error, the internet speed is very low to something like 50Mbps but without the error the internet is OK and I can achieve 250Mbps. I will be glad with further assistance.

@KatsB I forgot to add that even with the cable that came in the box, its the same problem.

@KatsB Replace your Deco unit from Satellite Unit to Main Unit or change the ethernet port to port (2) and then check your speed.
