I get this error every time I try to setup cloud essential controller.

Hi  @AmanSaroha 

 

You can click the Manage Organization button on the top left corner:

 

Then you will see this page, click Add Organization:

 

You can select an Essential controller here:

Have you tried using a web browser?

 

What's the firmware version of the App? Please check the firmware and update it to the latest version if any.

  @Vincent-TP When I add cloud controller from web browser it doesn't give an option between essential and standard, it takes me directly to the standard controller setup page.
