Model: ER7206 (TL-ER7206)
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: Unsure

Hi there,

I've got an ER7206 v2 setup at home with an OC200.

Two days ago I had a power outage and after re energisation my internet is no longer working. Narrowed it down to my ER7206 as using an alternative router everything everything else is able to work. It's worth noting that I've had this issue before and I was able to perform a factory reset of my devices and setup all was in working order again. This time however my ER7206 is not willing to let me do a factory reset. I've tried using a LAN cable directly from PC to both OC200 and ER7206 to see if I can connect that way to no avail. I've tried multiple times holding down the reset button for over 10 seconds whilst on and it's not flashing the SYS light as its meant to. The PWR led just stays solid the entire time. I've also tried leaving it on/off for multiple hours and attempting factory reset. I've tried about all I can.

Is there anything I can do I shall I be trying to claim warranty or think about a replacement?

Contact your local support team regarding the RMA process.

Note that a power outage that caused damage is not considered a situation where RMA can be guaranteed.

Might be worth trying the emergency flash procedure.  If its just the NAND that got corrupted but the boot partition is still intact it might let you flash the entire firmware to recover it.

Main: ER8411 x1, SG3428X x1, SG3452 x1, SG2428LP x1, SG3210 x1, SG2218P x1, SG2008P x3, ES208G x1, EAP650 x6 Remote: ER7206 v2 x1, ER605 v2 x3, SG2008P x2, EAP650 x2, ES205G x1 Controller: OC300

Worth a try. Yet if it does not respond to the reset button, he cannot even get into the recovery mode, as recovery mode requires constant pressure on the reset button.
