Hello!

I have two NVRs (1008H) Both are connected to Vigi Cloud VMS. I want to use them with Vigi secutity manager, but VSM only saw the device for a week. Then it disappeared. The other one doesn't see it at all. For testing, I created a company on tplinkcloud. and added the devices to it. I saw both on the web but unfortunately I didn't see them in VSM. Why is this? what worked before now doesn't work and the other one never does.

Try to re-login your account on the VSM. 

Please provide a screenshot for further elaboration if the problem persists.

 

You can also use the new system VPC.

  @hmbp My VMS stopped showing my cameras today too, out of nowhere my NVRs that I was monitoring remotely disappeared and support is no help at all
