Omada Cloud is Busy

The message "Omada Cloud is busy. It will take some time to connect..." occasionally appears after I login and when I launch the controller using the latest OC300 release. Previously, it would give me no reason for the failure. Now, at least it tells me why; the cloud infrastructure is busy. Is this a case where TP-Link needs to upgrade its cloud data centers? Thanks

Hi @bd1859
Thanks for posting here.
TP-Link's cloud is based on Amazon Web Services (AWS). The error message you're seeing could be due to temporary cloud service congestion or local network fluctuations.
If refreshing the page resolves the situation, or if it recovers automatically after a short wait, this is normal behavior. If the issue occurs infrequently, you may ignore it.

The "Omada is Busy" message, followed by "Connection failed," occurs too frequently. It inhibits my ability to troubleshoot and manage the network remotely.
Thank you for getting back to me, but your response should not be considered a resolution.

Hi @bd1859
If it happens frequently, yes, I agree with you.
The first post mentioned it happened occasionally, which is why I suggested ignoring it.
