Hi - I am looking for a replacement for my old and very noisy LInksys switch for our home ethernet network. 

I also have an EAP 225 Outdoor and a set of PowerLine AV1300.  
I need it to be quiet, low energy, low maintenance (unmanaged?) and to take a ethernrt conection from our BT Home Smart Hub. 

Probably no more than 12 ports (7 currently in use)

Dont need a lot of speed as the max we get from the ISP is 50mbps.
