SD-WAN funtion not shown in Omada Standard portal

Portal, Hardware and firmware
Omada Central Standard licenses: Verions 5.15.24.100
ER706W-4G v2.0 version 2.0.2
ER706W v1.2 version 1.1.3
ER7412-M2 v1.20 version 1.0.1
Could anyone help on this?
I tried to setup the SD-WAN, but there is no option in the Omada cloud portal. I tried to follow the instructions of setting up SD-WAN here, but still cannot find any clue to get the SD-WAN setting page in the Global view.
I have 1 public IP, and the other 2 testing gateways can access to the internet without issue.
Many thanks,
Alfred

You can consult the controller GUI and version-related information on the Controller page.
The last two models you listed are not adapted to the new firmware, which contains the SD-WAN. As for the controller interface, if it is not supported, the tab for SD-WAN will be missing.

Hi Clive_A, Could you please specific in details? As I don't understand how to consult the controller GUI and version-related information, where should I go to get the SD-WAN settings? Many thanks, Alfred
I am not responsible for the controller product. So, regarding your cloud controller version and whether it contains the function, SD-WAN, I cannot answer that.
Based on the product you provided, I have explained the reason why it is not available. This is one part. Another part is the controller. You can create a new thread(which is what I mean by consult the controller GUI and version-related information) on the Controller page by consulting this information.
If the controller does not support SD-WAN, you don't have this tab as well.
Or it is the router firmware that has not been adapted to the latest controller to display the tab.

Hi Clive_A,
Thanks for your information.
I can see the RC firmware for ER706W v1.2 version 1.1.3, its release notes does have the SD-WAN features mentioned; but nothing for this model ER7412-M2 v1.20 version 1.0.1.
I have upgraded the ER706W v1.2 to version 1.2.0, now I can see the SD-WAN feature in the Cloud portal.
But the ER7412-M2 v1.20 version 1.0.1 doesn't have any RC or beta firmware that will support SD-WAN? any advice?
Really appreciate your help.
Regards,
Alfred
