Unfortunately, we don't have information about the firmware or EOL status. You can refer to the EOL list on the official website. And we, the forum team does not provide the information regarding upcoming firmware, firmware or feature development progress and EOL information.
As for the firmware upgrade, you can visit the official website of this model and check the download firmware page.
If there is an EA/PR firmware, the forum will be posted beforehand for public test. For anything else, sorry that we don't have information about these aspects.
So, please wait patiently for the firmware update for V5.15 adaptation.

@Sc0th anyone have any insights? Is this device EOL
already? Not been updates for over a year. Trying to decide if I keep it before the return window expires :)

Guess it's going back to the vendor then, fairly decent hardware let down by half cooked software and disinterested tech support.
I am unsure how this kit can be claimed as business ready when there is often no functional consistency across hardware or basic visibility of when features will be available, presumably you must have an idea - why would you not share that detail with customers? If you genuinely don't have that information then I guess you have bigger problems!
