Model: EAP225
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 5.1.11 Build 20250401 Rel. 50587

Hi - Running a network off the OC200 v1 and TL-SG2210MP v1.0, running a few outdoor & indoor EAP225s. On Saturday I ran firmware updates for all devices, controller, switch and all access points. Everything is connected and green across the board with no obvious issues, except that now some devices on site no longer have internet connectivity when connected to access points. They show as connected to the SSID but "No Internet Connection"

I disabled 802.1x on all ports on the smart switch and this has resolved the issue for 1 device only, and only on 1 SSID. Been trying to get hold of Omada support but no luck unfortunately.

I'm not technical but can follow instructions. I'm concerned of going down any particular route that may act as workarounds but which end up introducing other vulnerabilities.

Any help much appreciated.

Thank you

Hi  @StuartMacLeod

Thanks for posting here.

Do you remember what's the previous version for the devices before this update? This helps understand their change/differences.

except that now some devices on site no longer have internet connectivity when connected to access points. They show as connected to the SSID but "No Internet Connection"

>>>What kind of devices are they? Can they obtain valid IP address? Please refer to the following guide to check:

How to find IP address on your devices

If create a new SSID without password, will the affected clients connected to the network?

Please also share a screenshot of the Device page.
