Hi  @site4

Please refer to the following video to add an Omada device:

How to Adopt Omada Devices via Omada Controller

If that can't help, below are some troubleshooting guides:

What should I do when the Omada Software Controller (V4) fails to discover the devices?

What should I do when the Omada Controller (V4) fails to adopt the devices?

If still no help, please let us know the mentioned info in the above links, including the model number of the device you are using, the topology, etc.

I’m guessing your Omada devices need to connect to a local controller that’s located on a private LAN (reaching controller through Internet). First, did you set up port forwarding on your firewall to forward the necessary ports to the local IP of the Omada controller? Second, did you configure (inform) the remote devices to use the public IP address of your firewall as the controller’s IP, where the firewall rules and port forwarding are applied)? Without these two steps, remote devices won’t be able to reach your controller properly.
