Thanks for posting here.

Version 2 was released later than Version 1. In terms of functionality and appearance, V2 is identical to V1.

Regarding performance, V2 shows improved 2.4GHz speeds while maintaining all other specifications.

Version 2 was released later than Version 1. In terms of functionality and appearance, V2 is identical to V1.

V1 also seems absolutely unsupported by TP-Link, with no references to any Beta Firmwares or Firmware updates.

Unfortunately it is absurd that the V1 has not been updated for a long time, furthermore I find it ridiculous that the performance cannot be standardized with a firmware, if you buy online you never know if they are selling you a V1 or a V2 and therefore the manufacturer should ensure that with an update you can turn a V1 into a V2

  @Viktor25 It is indeed absurd that it's not getting updated for such a long time. In my opinion it's mainly an issue in terms of missing functionalities: the lack of so many features introduced in V2, where V1 seemingly doesn't get the right for.

I posted a concern about it too.
