It would be great to see some progress on this.  I understand its going to take some time and that they operate somewhat differently from "regular" omada switches - and if it can be properly resolved it makes the really good value basic edge switches!

Would you be able to tell us if the issue lies in a gateway, switch or controller firmware? just so we have an idea what to look out for regarding future updates.

Main: ER8411 x1, SG3428X x1, SG3452 x1, SG2428LP x1, SG3210 x1, SG2218P x1, SG2008P x3, ES208G x1, EAP650 x6 Remote: ER7206 v2 x1, ER605 v2 x3, SG2008P x2, EAP650 x2, ES205G x1 Controller: OC300

The client list relies on the ARP reading.

The ES series natively does not support this, so it cannot report the ARP back to the controller. As the reason I explained in that link.

ARP detection seems to be the way we work around it to let the router collect the ARP table and then transmit it to the controller, and let it display.

I am not sure of the reason why now. Certain development progress is a black-box to me.

All information may be changed as the team investigates and develops. If I have information about this, I will update you as best as I can.
