Model: EAP610
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 1.60

Hey

maybe I didnt noticed before, but after updating my EAP 610 which is only needed, when I m outside the house, I recognized a 50 to60% usage of 2.4 Band, without even having a client connected
5ghz is fine

after the display issues with my 706w router for some 100mbit devices, i wonder, if this is a new display issue, or if somehow my eap610 is suddenly "compromised"

is there a way to find out the true load, and maybe the reaosn why it shows that load

i cant remember to have seen this ever before
and my eap650 doesnt show that behavior, while connected to 30 devices inhouse

software controller 5.15.24.19

Hi  @Chaotix

The utilization displayed on this interface does not refer to the EAP's wireless utilization rate or other metrics. Specifically, it indicates the channel utilization rate of the current band's operating frequency.

This value reflects the real-time wireless environment status of this EAP, and has little correlation with the number of connected wireless clients.

We would recommend that you try to switch to other channels to see if it improves the situation.

You have something nearby that is causing interference. Try changing the channel to see if that helps, the problem could very well be coming from a neighbor.
