I'm using the ER605 to provision IPs for my WiFi network. I have set up Address Reservation rules and VLANs for all my devices, but the gateway seems to be ignoring the address reservations. What am I doing wrong?

In looking at your screenshots, all your clients are receiving an IP address from your Guest network which has a VLAN ID of 1.  Normally VLAN 1 is the default network and is untagged on the trunk ports to the rest of your network.  It would appear that your access points are assigning your wireless clients to the default VLAN only.  The access points need to be configured for your VLANs and should be using a different SSID on each VLAN.  Wireless clients will then be associated with a particular VLAN and the gateway will then assign the reserved IP address.
