I'm running what I believe is the latest firmware on this 16 port 10GB SPF+ switch and I've unfortunately found that while I can set a global MTU on the switch up to 9216 bytes to support jumbo frames, this setting does not get inherited by the vlan interfaces.

Verify with L3 Features > Interface > Find vlan interface ID > Details > Interface Setting Detail Information

This limitation is also mentioned in previous threads but those threads are several years old; it seems this isn't an important feature request for TP-Link.  So for anyone searching about the issue in the future, as of 8/22/2025, the interface vlan MTU is hardcoded at 1500 bytes and will NOT inherit the global system MTU of 9216.
