Model: ER605 (TL-R605)
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 2.3.0 Build 20250428 Rel.18967

I noticed after the last update I can't control my device using the cloud portal anymore as it start being in an adopting loop.

I'm using the ER605 v2.0 as load balance which a have 2 different ISP. I noticed if a shutdown one of the ISP I stop having the adopting loop in the omada cloud portal, the problem is that it wouldn't make sense have one of my ISP disconnect as I need to take advantage of the load balance.

While check the faq https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/faq/4057/, there is something under the Scenario 2 which I believe is related to my problem. In the step 2, it says "For safety concern, the gateway will not respond to the adopt commands if the source IP address is not within the LAN network". I believe that once I have the two ISP connected in parallel the status start being in a loop for "safety" reason.

Although I have this manage issue in the omada cloud portal, apparently the device is working as expect. The only problem I can't monitor the health of the two ISP i have.

I didn't have any problem before upgrade the firmware to the last version.

The WAN IPs are: 192.168.1.2/24 and 192.168.15.2/24. The load balance ER605 is configured to use the 192.168.0.1/24. I found a stupid solution for this case. I had to disconnect one ISP and wait it to sync with the cloud portal. Then I did the same process for the second ISP. Now it is working fine.

  @Leandrodrigues

What are the IPs for both WANs?

If they're private subnets, and you are doing this, try to avoid the duplicate subnets.

Would be helpful if I could see more details about the network and IP stuff to determine.

And where is the controller located in this network?

I'll work.
