Dedicated Bandwidth Allocation for Facebook and You Tube Streaming
Please I just need this PC with IP address 10.55.77.100 on the LAN to always have a dedicated upload bandwidth of 12mbps for Facebook and YouTube streaming, any other configurations remain the same for all other users on both wireless and LAN.

I dont think you can do this specifically for facebook or any other web service, but you can do something near enough by putting that particular IP in an IP group and using gateway QOS and bandwith control to assign it a dedicated WAN bandwidth, sort of
