Modifying WLAN settings will not cause the AP to go offline. Please provide us with the following information to understand the specific situation:
1. What kind of controller are you using? What's the firmware version?
2. the topology of the network, especially how the EAP units are connected to the controller;
3. A screenshot of the controller's Device page
4. What kind of config did you change? Please record a video showing this process, including the changes you made and how the EAP status was updated.
5. Will this happen every time after you change the WLAN settings?
6. If you change some other settings, for example, change a device name, will this happen?

Thanks for the reply.
How are the controllers connecting to the network? In the same gateway?
From the screenshots, sometimes, some EAP units are unaffected, right?
How can you make the EAP back to Connected? Do you need to reboot them?
Changing WLAN settings will make the wireless interfaces reboot, did you enable mesh feature for the controllers?
There is a new firmware released for EAP225-outdoor, you may update them to the latest firmware and see if the situation persists.
