I’m looking into upgrading our small business phone setup and considering a move to VoIP. My main concern is choosing the right service that’s cost-effective but still reliable for day-to-day operations.

While researching, I came across a company in Australia called ASAP Telecom. Their Business VoIP services seem like they could be a good fit, but I’m not 100% sure if that’s the best direction to go in.

Has anyone here used ASAP Telecom or have recommendations on what I should look for when picking a VoIP provider for a small business?
