I noticed eap110 splits internet speed according to the clients connected to the Eap without considering some are in pending portal or authenticated. This results to the client to stuck on pending even for 5+ hours

I want to know or wish a new feature that enable to set a time for the pending clients on portal to be removed automatically by controller after certain time of stucking on pending status

Thanks for posting here.

Typical Behavior:
Clients in pending state without authentication will:

Have no Internet access
Seek alternative networks → Disconnect from current SSID → Vanish from controller
(Rare for devices to stay connected to a non-functional SSID for 5+ hours)

Your Network Specifics:

Are these "stuck pending" clients:
a) Still actively connected to your network?
b) Already disconnected but the controller failed to update status?
