I need to block an app for certain hours for an specific range of IPs. Is it possible in standalone mode for the ER7206?

Upgrade to the version where DPI or Content Filter is supported.
Then set it up based on your scheme. IP Group and app. But I don't think you can schedule the time for it. Blocking them would be infinite withou a schedule.
