Good evening.

 

Its been days that my omada app on android dosnt show my clients and devices.

when i swipe down to refresh sometimes a few of them pop up, then they dissapear, then all of them appears and goes on; until i get an error message and the app closes .

 

i Cleared cache - uninstalled reinstall the app - Same result.

 

version Of Omada App:  4.25.27

My android Google Pixel 9 XL Android 16.

 

On the cloud website all of them appear normally, on my other devices (Pixel Pad, Iphone) with the same site settings, everything appears normally.

To verify, is the  android Google Pixel 9 XL Android 16 the only client affected?

 

What was the behavior before? did you update the Omada APP recently?

hi Vicent-TP thank you for replying yes, the Google Pixel 9XL is the only client affected. It was working great before indeed; the problem appeared right after an update. i waited for the next update hoping that it would be fixed but to no avail. (There was at least 2 updates after the one that broke things for me.) thank you

Hi all

 

just to let you know that i still have the issue and it was not resolved, but what i can add to it is that i have since installed the Omada app on  a Pixel 7 and a new Pixel 10 XL, and the Pixel 7 works flawlessly and the Pixel 10 gives the same symptomes as the Pixel 9XL. it seems there is an issue  with the app and these new Google Pixels (9Xl and 10XL).

Anybody with the same experience please?
