Model: OC300
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.30.7 build 20250704 Rel.78617

It sounds like you're using the OC300 Controller and facing a strange behavior with MAC filtering on your SSID:

  • When you add a MAC address to the Allow list, the device does not connect.
  • But when you add the same MAC address to the Deny list, the device connects successfully.

Hi  @Akhil_ratan

Thanks for posting here.

Are you suggesting that the MAC filtering feature produces the opposite effect? May I ask:

  1. Have you tested with different client devices?
  2. Does this occur with all client devices?
  3. Please provide screenshots showing (Please mask/redact several digits of the MAC addresses in your screenshots):
    • The MAC address of the test client, and add it into the Deny list
    • The screenshot of the Deny list--showing the MAC of the test client
    • The screenshot of the client page--showing the MAC of the test client

Hi  @Akhil_ratan

Is this situation still there?

Do you have time to share more details?
