i've been receiving an error intermittently when logged into my OC200 for the past couple of months. I don't remember it doing this prior to upgrading the f/w to 2.20.7 Build 20250514 Rel.53032.  The error I'm getting when logged in on my LAN and also via the Omada app on my iPhone is "Unable to connect to the controller. Please check your network connection and ensure that the controller is running normally."

 

Has anyone else experienced this error? If so, what did you do to correct it?

This error typically occurs when the network is unstable. May I ask:

  1. Does this happen consistently for you?
  2. Was your local network functioning normally when attempting to log in?

 

The error I'm getting when logged in on my LAN 

>>>Does this mean, when the PC is in the same LAN as the OC200, and accessing when the OC200's IP address, the error still showed up? If so, would you please show us a screenshot about this? please include the IP address in the screen.

 

If you don't mind, please also reboot the OC200 and see if it helps.

I get this constantly on cloud access to my OC300, previously reported.  Despite the error, access works just fine. i just ignore it now.  LAN access or VPN>LAN access remotely works 100%
