OC200 - Unable to connect to the controller error

i've been receiving an error intermittently when logged into my OC200 for the past couple of months. I don't remember it doing this prior to upgrading the f/w to 2.20.7 Build 20250514 Rel.53032. The error I'm getting when logged in on my LAN and also via the Omada app on my iPhone is "Unable to connect to the controller. Please check your network connection and ensure that the controller is running normally."
Has anyone else experienced this error? If so, what did you do to correct it?
