Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: NA

When POE Cat cable is plugged in, no power is evident - no lights nothing. 

Have tried various POE injectors - all are working with other POE devices. 

 

When using a USB cable, the power light lights up, the cloud light lights once or twice, then nothing. 

 

When trying to connect to check or update or add to a network it can not be seen or accessed. 

 

I am guessing the unit is faulty - as have seen similar threads online with the same issue. Purchased new less than 6 months ago - never installed or turned on until today. 

 

Any help apprecaited.

When testing the POE, did you test with different cables? Better with some shorter cables.

 

Do you mean the micro USB cable can power it on? If yes, with it powered on, please press the reset button for around 8 seconds and see if it helps.

 

If it's still the same, you may contact your retailer to check the warranty.

Yes tested with other cables - all were short. 

 

Yes while powered on with USB, reset, no change.
