OC300 VIGI VLAN

OC300 VIGI VLAN

Model: OC300
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

Hi  @VolkerS

Thanks for posting here.

So the situation here is that the cameras are not showing on the NVR's list?

Or how do you manage them?

The recorder can no longer find the camera after the update.

>>>What did you update? The NVR, the camera or the OC300?

Please share with us some screenshots indicating the situation. And please tell us how the situation is related with OC300.

  @Vincent-TP

Hallo,

1.

Gataway-> Switch(VLAN 107)-> NVR

Hi  @VolkerS

I need understand the situation first, otherwise I won't know what you are talking about.

So the situation here is that the cameras are not showing on the NVR's list?

Or how do you manage them?

Or you may contact your local hotline support for help, they will provide a real-time and step-by step help.

 Hello @Vincent-TP

Perhaps this picture illustrates my problem, which manifests itself optically in the cameras.

With the VIGI NVR2016H, the cameras are connected directly to the network.

With the VIVOTEK ND9542P,at another location, the cameras are integrated via RTSP.

When I log into a Wi-Fi network with my phone, I get a message saying the network is unstable. The camera recording stream confirms this.
Since the stream to the internal NVR also keeps interrupting, I suspect it's an internal problem.
It's understandable that nothing on the network can function properly with this kind of behavior.
What causes this kind of network behavior?

The hotline says this is a problem for the senior engineers. Unfortunately, I haven't received any feedback for months and am still in the dark.

I would really like a step-by-step guide for troubleshooting.

This is a normal NVR stream, on a different network that runs more discreetly.

Wednesday

Hi  @VolkerS

The network topology doesn't show how the camera is connected. Are the cameras connected to the EAP's WiFi? To be clear, are you experiencing video lag when you're accessing the camera through your phone connected to the EAP's WiFi?  Does this issue persist when using mobile data instead?

The hotline says this is a problem for the senior engineers. Unfortunately, I haven't received any feedback for months and am still in the dark.

>>>Do you have a case ID which I can have a reference? Also, for this kind of sitaution, I would also recommend continue with support team/senior engineers.
