1)I'm using Omada_SDN_Controller_v5.15.24.18_Windows on my windows11 to connect my EAP115. The usual wifi is working fine, however portal wifi is connecting but not loading. It is in localhost:8043. Both iphone and android didn't load the page. No ACL. android error: ERR_ADDRESS_UNREACHABLE when trying to access the captive portal at http://192.168.0.104:8088/portal/entry?
Note: As i tried to Network tools=>Network check /packet capture, sources field shows EAP115 device doesn't support ping. all details in screenshots

2) also is this https://github.com/ghaberek/omada-api the best way i.e API to fetch user info, authenticated clients info etc? what are the prerequisites pls? does it provide client device name, connection start and end time? btw i've already setup syslogs.

pardon me if this is a rookie question, i'm new to controllers and portals. Pls suggest . TIA
