1-1 NAT Public IP choice grayed out

Hello, I'm configuring an ER8411 for a business. They have a /28 from the ISP.
I'm trying to port forward from a public that is not the primary to an internal IP but the WAN IP option is grayed out.
i have setup 1-1 NAT for the public and private IP's
Any ideas. Is there a configuration issue I missed?
Thanks, Mike

Thank you for your post. Here is the configuration guide for One-to-One NAT for your reference:

Note: One-to-One NAT only takes effect when the connection type of the corresponding WAN port is set to Static IP.

The issue is that under port forwarding the WAN IP option is grayed out.
I can't select any of the other public IP's that the ISP has provided.

Could you perhaps share a screenshot? Are these IPs configured as static? Normally, they shouldn’t appear grayed out. Try switching browsers and clearing your browser cache to see if that helps.
